In fact, the dynamic duo of Patricia & Kym of Design Vision Studio both hold leadership positions with our local IDS chapter. When not busy designing the days away… we are currently involved with planning a big event next month.
The Palm Springs Interior Design Society (IDS) is hosting a fundraising event on September 25, 2018, to raise awareness and financial support for our local Habitat for Humanity Chapter.
Habitat for Humanity of the Coachella Valley works with volunteers, supporters and partner families to build, renovate, and repair houses. Their vision is to help create a world where everyone has a home.
IDS is a National non-profit organization dedicated to serving the residential interior design industry. IDS shares like-minded values of professionalism, community, influence, and growth, so partnering with Habitat for Humanity seemed a natural fit.
The event called FALL FOR HABITAT will take place at The Pirch Showroom in Rancho Mirage at 4:30pm. Appetizers and drinks will be served. Entry to the event is $15 for those who pre-register or $25 at the door. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the good works of Habitat for Humanity while also meeting contractors, designers, and vendors – all the contributors in the industry of home furnishing, building, and design.
