30 Days of Design™
30 Days of Design: $4,500
Our signature one-of-a-kind service for smaller projects up-to 3 areas/rooms
Includes: professional guidance and collaboration with an award-winning design expert for 30 Days (with a 15hr limit.) You will receive a personalized Design Plan of Action, Style Guide Vision Boards, Computerized Space Planning Diagrams (as needed), Spec Sheets/Instructions for construction elements, Purchasing Information, Zoom meetings to review the Design Direction and later to present the finalized Conceptual Design Plan, and a Design Binder with all the details for easy access in one place.
All-In Design
All-In Design: fees start at $65,000
Full service interior design from start to finish
Includes: an experienced team of professionals to simplify the design process and details from concept to completion. This is not for the faint of heart or wallet, so when you are ready to be “all-in” with the design process and want a complete transformation – we offer our award-winning interior design services. We accept and commit to a limited number of whole-home design and remodeling projects per year to ensure we provide the best possible outcomes.
Hybrid Design
Hybrid Design: fees start at $15,000
Conceptual Design Plan & Guidance for properties up to 4,000 sq ft
Includes: a Conceptual Design and Remodeling Plan for larger projects prepared by an award-winning design expert. You will receive a personalized Design Plan of Action, Style Guide Vision Boards, Computerized Space Planning Diagrams, Spec Sheets/Instructions for construction elements, Purchasing Information, Zoom meetings to review the Design Direction and later to present the finalized Conceptual Design Plan, and a Design Binder with all the details for easy access in one place. For assistance with implementation, clients can purchase additional 15-hour blocks of design time as-needed.
