With decades of experience, Design Vision Studio has developed a successful 3-Phase project management system for our whole-home, design, and remodeling projects.
PHASE 1: CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PLAN
This is our detailed, design & vision for your space with our best selections and recommendations, based on the specific goals and budget for your project.
PHASE 2: BUDGET DEVELOPMENT & PURCHASING
We request all estimates, proposals, and purchase orders from our Preferred Tradespeople & Vendors to provide accurate expectations within your budget. DVS will handle the details for placing orders, as well as, tracking, receiving, and delivery of these purchases.
PHASE 3: IMPLEMENTING DESIGN TO THE FINISH LINE
Our goal is to keep the project on schedule, ensure the design intent is being followed with construction and with custom orders for fabrication. After scheduling the deliveries, we will oversee the installation and placement of the furnishings and décor to ensure all the finishing touches meet our standards.
