Side Door is not able to take returns, cancellations, or exchanges, as items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore, all sales are final unless product(s) is damaged in transit. Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. You will receive an email from Side Door regarding the progress of your order and when your pieces ship. Freight shipping is common with delivery arrangements for larger pieces. The freight carrier will contact you directly to schedule a delivery date.
Threshold delivery is available to place the item at the entrance of your home or business. For unpacking, assembly and placement, white glove delivery is also available at checkout.
